Exchange & Refund Policy

At Hasham Jewellery, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch, but if you still face any issue, we offer a transparent and fair exchange policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Exchange Policy

1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please follow these steps:

  • Record a complete unboxing video from start to finish while opening the parcel

  • Take clear pictures showing the issue

  • Contact our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery

Once your complaint is received, our team will review the evidence and respond within 1–2 business days.

If the claim is verified, the product will be exchanged, subject to stock availability.

The product must be returned to us within 1 day of claim approval.

2. Exchange Due to Customer Preference

We understand that sometimes preferences change. However:

  • Exchange due to change of mind, style preference, or liking is not applicable

  • Requests after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Exchange request must be made within 24 hours of delivery

  • Product must pass quality inspection

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

  • Courier charges for returning the product will be borne by the customer

  • Exchange policy does not apply to discounted, sale, or promotional items

Damages caused by improper use, negligence, or mishandling are not covered

Refund Policy (No Refunds)

At Hasham Jewellery, we do not offer cash refunds.

Instead, we provide a fair exchange option where applicable. This policy helps us maintain product quality, hygiene standards, and fair pricing for all customers.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind

  • Sale or discounted items

Customized or promotional products

Important Note – Mandatory Unboxing Video

A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to:

  • Missing items

  • Damaged products

  • Faulty items

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Claims made after this period will not be entertained, and Hasham Jewellery will not be held responsible.
